YOUTH PERSONAL TRAINING

Get your child up and moving with Personal Training designed specifically
for youth ages 10-15!

Improve motor skills, coordination, and spatial awareness
Improve self-image and self-confidence
Lower risk for developing chronic health conditions
Improve ability to meet demands of daily activities
Reduce anxiety, depression, and tension
Improve physical-performance test scores
Introduce and improve sports skills
Reinforce interpersonal skills and socially acceptable behavior
