STAFF DEPARTMENT HEADS

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Oversees all aspects of the YMCA

JESSICA REED, PROGRAM DIRECTOR 
Supervises Youth & Teen Coordinator, Sports Coordinator and Aquatics Coordinator, Oversees Summer Safari, assists with Before & After School Programming, Y Dances, Aquatics Programs, Swimming Lessons, Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Lifeguards, Youth & Adult Sport Leagues and Building Rentals.

MEMBERSHIP & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Supervises Member Service Desk, Membership Sales and Processing, Advertising & Marketing, Program Registration, Supervises Child Watch Services, Membership Scholarships, Merchandising and assists with SilverSneakers Program.

BECKY GARETSON, WELLNESS DIRECTOR
Oversees Life Center, Wellness Room, Weight Room, Group Exercise Classes,
Personal Training, Group Weight Training Classes, Orientations, Water
Fitness Classes, Fitness Testing, SilverSneakers Program

TERESA SAMMONS, CHILD DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Oversees the activities in the Child Development Center Child Care, assists with Before & After School Programming, Pre School, Activities and Curriculum.

SHERRY PENNISTON, OFFICE MANAGER
Oversees the Finances, ACH Bank Drafts, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Membership Scholarship Processing, Financial Statements.

MIKE SMITHART,  PROPERTY MANAGER
Oversees the Building and Grounds, Maintenance of Facility and Equipment, Custodial, Grounds Maintenance.
