YMCAs are for people of all genders, faiths, races, abilities, ages, and income.  Thanks to the United Way of Wapello County and the Ottumwa YMCA Partner With Youth (PWY) Campaign , no one is turned away due to the inability to pay.  Scholarship Applications are available at the Member Service Desk.  Money raised through the PWY Campaign subsidizes YMCA programs and services for kids, teens and families in the Ottumwa Area.
